Who can Answer Questions On What My Policy Covers?
Universal Lenders LLC is the financial services company collecting payments for your service contract or other protection policy.
WE ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO ANSWER QUESTIONS ON POLICY COVERAGE OR BENEFITS.
In order to determine what you policy coverage is or what benefits the policy affords please refer to the section in your written policy that explains the policy coverage and benefits. There will normally be a section on what is NOT covered as well. You should have received a copy of your policy from your Retailer at the time of sale. If the policy is not clear or you have lost your policy please contact your selling Retailer.
