Dealers offer 0% payment terms to customers to help market their products by making them more affordable and then transfer the payment contract to Universal Lenders LLC to service the loan.
What this means is that if you have questions or issues with the vehicle product you bought from the Dealer then you will need to contact the Dealer for help.
If you have questions or issues with making your payments on the 0% payment contract you signed then you will need to contact Universal Lenders LLC.
